• No account, no cookies and no tracking scripts.
• No access log, and we store nothing per request. Postcode, consumption and the amounts you enter are used only to work out the answer.
• The site runs on Microsoft Azure in Norway (Norway East). Microsoft is our data processor, and we have not turned on log storage there.
• We take no payment from you.
• Links to suppliers contain no personal data, and the supplier cannot see that you came from us.
• The sources of the data are at the bottom of every results page.
• Your browser remembers the address of the page you are on in this tab (sessionStorage), so the Back button works. It is deleted when you close the tab. When you press “Update”, the browser sends the address of the page you were on. We do not store it.
• If you choose Light or Dark, your browser remembers it (localStorage) until you choose System. It is never sent to us.
